Our products are made to order, therefore we ask for 5-7 business days to process your order PRIOR to shipping. The timeframe also depends on our current work load, but we make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible.
Please understand that we do not have any control over postal delays once items have shipped. The Smiling Dimple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged, packages once the product has left our facility. If the items are returned, we'll work with the customer to resolve.
We do not ship internationally.
Since these are custom items, we do not accept returns. Refunds are at the seller's discretion based upon circumstances.
